Let Sunrise Windows take away this perennial problem by replacing them with our PVCu range of fascia ,soffit and barge boards.

As a general rule we remove completely the old timber boards and then fit the new Sunrise Fascia boards DIRECT TO ROOF RAFTERS using special nails called polypins. The same applies to the soffit boards as well.

At the same time we can inspect the bottom 24 inches or so of the roofing felt and if needs be we can slide new felt under the old felt – thus protecting the timbers.
